Fahad bin Saad Al-Wallan, vice chairman of Wallan, and Waqar Siddiqui, CEO of Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia, signed the contract for the replenishment of their strategic partnership, at the Wallan headquarters.
The signing of the renewal contract comes as an extension of their successful partnership in which both companies have offered the highest after-sales services to Hyundai cars in Riyadh through Shell Fastlube service centers and Wallan-Hyundai Quick Service Centers, including engine oil-change service using Shell Helix motor oils, the approved oils for Hyundai cars.
Siddiqui said Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia endeavours to strengthen its relationship with car dealers in Saudi Arabia, and added that Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia will enhance this partnership by exploiting its vast experience in the Saudi market.
He said: “Shell Helix motor oils are designed for the daily use of Hyundai cars all over the world. Shell Helix ULTRA with “PurePlus” technology is able to preserve the vehicle’s engine close to the factory condition, and we are proud to offer it to Wallan Trading Company.”
Siddiqui added that Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia is proud of this partnership and noted that Wallan has achieved the Strategic Partner Award from Shell in 2017.
Meanwhile, the Al-Wallan vice chairman said: “Through this successful partnership, we show our keenness to provide the best after-sales services to our customers. Our partnership has been successful by all accounts, and Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia offered us all technical and training support.”
He added: “We are in a continuous quest to provide the best after-sales services to our customers, through upgrading our cooperation with our partners and expanding Fastlube centers, as well as strengthening our joint marketing initiatives.”
Fastlube centers are fully equipped to provide quick services at the highest standards set out by Wallan Hyundai service centers. Fastlube centers are technically prepared to offer services for all car models.
