Wallan Trading Company, the official distributor of Genesis in Saudi Arabia’s Central Region, has inaugurated its new dedicated Genesis Service Center at its North Riyadh branch, further strengthening its after-sales capabilities and enhancing the ownership experience for Genesis customers in line with the brand’s global standards.
The center provides maintenance and repair services for all Genesis models through a team of highly skilled technicians, using the latest diagnostic equipment and genuine Genesis parts to deliver the quality, reliability, and performance synonymous with the luxury brand.
The facility features nine service bays, increasing capacity while reducing waiting times. Every stage of the service journey has been optimized for speed and efficiency, from vehicle reception and repair order processing to maintenance and final delivery. Customers can also enjoy a fully equipped lounge designed to provide comfortable and premium experience while their vehicles are being serviced.
The center operates from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday through Thursday, offering customers greater flexibility and convenience when scheduling service appointments.
The opening follows the center’s recognition as the “Certified Service Center of the Year 2026,” highlighting its commitment to operational excellence and the highest standards of quality in after-sales service.
